摘　　要：目的:通过调查分析北京市R医院文化建设现状,分析制约其发展的原因,提出医院文化建设创新发展的思路。方法:运用专家咨询、问卷调查和文献分析法开展定性和定量研究。结果:医院文化与业务缺乏深度融合、科室文化发展不平衡、文化建设工作方式陈旧是制约R医院文化建设的影响要素。结论:医院应根据文化建设工作存在的特定问题,加强文化建设整体规划,创新文化建设工作方式,以文化建设助力医院高质量发展。Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation of cultural construction of R hospital in Beijing,analyze the reasons that restrict its development,and put forward the idea of innovative development of hospital cultural construction.Methods:Qualitative and quantitative research was carried out using expert consultation,questionnaire survey and literature analysis.Results:The lack of deep integration of hospital culture and business,the unbalanced development of department culture,and the outdated working methods of cultural construction are the influencing factors that restrict the cultural construction of R hospital.Conclusion:The hospital should strengthen the overall planning of cultural construction according to the specific problems existing in the cultural construction work,innovate the cultural construction work method,and use the cultural construction to help the high-quality development of the hospital.
