摘　　要：为抢抓“浙江自贸区宁波片区建设发展”和“世界一流强港建设”两个战略机遇,推动港口航运高质量发展。该文基于《中国(浙江)自由贸易试验区宁波片区建设方案》对于宁波片区的战略定位,整理国内典型自贸区(港)航运特色政策,对比分析了浙江自贸区宁波片区航运政策发展短板,并提出相应的发展建议。In order to seize the opportunities of"construction and development of Ningbo area of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone"and"world-class strong port",and promote high quality development of port shipping,based on the strategic positioning of the construction plan of Ningbo area of China(Zhejiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone for Ningbo area,this paper sorts out the shipping policies of typical domestic free trade zones(ports),comparatively analyzes the shortcomings of shipping policy development in Ningbo area and finally puts forward corresponding development suggestions.
