摘　　要：目的:探讨盐敏感性高血压(SSHT)患者体位性高血压(OHT)和体位性低血压(OH)与靶器官损害的关系。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年6月住院的盐敏感性高血压患者380例,对其进行卧立位血压的测量,依据其体位性血压情况分为OH组、OHT组、体位性正常血压(ONT)组,并分析各组的构成比、血压特点以及靶器官损害情况。结果:380例SSHT患者中,OH 85例(22.37%),OHT 64例(16.84%),ONT 231例(60.79%);三组的全天平均血压、白天平均血压及夜间平均血压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组靶器官损害发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SSHT患者合并OHT和OH时高血压靶器官损害的发生率高于ONT。Objective:To investigate the relationship between orthostatic hypertension(OHT)and orthostatic hypotension(OH)and target organ damage in patients with salt-sensitive hypertension(SSHT).Methods:All 380 patients with salt-sensitive hypertension in sanmenxia central hospital of henan province from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected to measure their blood pressure in supine and upright position.According to their postural blood pressure,they were divided into OH group,OHT group and postural normal blood pressure(ONT group).The constituent ratio,blood pressure characteristics and target organ damage of each group were analyzed.Results:In 380 cases of SSHT patients,OH 85 cases,the constituent ratio was 22.37%,OHT 64 cases,the constituent ratio was 16.84%,OHT 231 cases,the constituent ratio was 60.79%.Three groups of average blood pressure throughout the day,mean daytime blood pressure and mean night blood pressure difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was statistically significant difference in the incidence of target organ damage among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of hypertensive target organ damage in patients with SSHT combined with OHT and OH is higher than that of ONT.
