链式闭环质控管理措施在门诊西药房管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨链式闭环质控管理措施在门诊西药房管理中的应用效果。方法将2020年8~12月期间榆林市中医医院门诊西药房8个窗口管理方法纳入研究,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组4个窗口,每个窗口3名工作人员。研究组采用链式闭环质控管理措施管理,对照组采用常规管理措施管理。管理5个月后,比较两组员工在药品周转过程中花费时间、配药过程中各项工作花费时间、药品配方出错率、药品纠纷发生率、患者满意度。结果研究组员工接待患者7516例,调剂配方数7516剂,对照组接待患者7489例,调剂配方数7489剂;研究组员工的补药时间、药品名目分类登记时间、周转库清点时间分别为(25.21±4.28)min、(45.77±7.33)min、(46.24±8.11)min,明显少于对照组的(32.35±5.31)min、(57.22±8.02)min、(76.33±9.06)min,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组员工的处方编号时间、药品登记时间、生产药单时间、窗口实物清点时间分别为(134.31±38.22)s、(5.29±1.33)s、(63.01±10.09)s、(175.56±49.52)s,明显少于对照组的(175.58±45.31)s、(7.22±2.02)s、(84.41±9.06)s、(364.89±68.57)s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组员工的配方出错率为0.21%,明显低于对照组的1.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组员工的纠纷发生率为0.11%,明显低于对照组的1.32%,患者满意度为99.92%,明显高于对照组的97.46%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊西药房管理中应用链式闭环质控管理措施能有效提高门诊西药房工作效率,降低配方出错率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of chain closed-loop quality control management measures in the management of outpatient dispensary for western medicine.Methods The management methods of 8 windows in the outpatient dispensary for western medicine of Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August to December 2020 were included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and study group,with 4 windows in each group and 3 staff in each window.The study group was managed by chain closed-loop quality control management measures,and the control group was managed by routine management measures.After 5 months of management,the time spent by the two groups in the process of drug turnover,the time spent in various work in the process of dispensing,the error rate of drug formula,the incidence of drug disputes and patient satisfaction were compared.Results The staff of the study group received 7516 patients and the number of dispensing formulas was 7516.The control group received 7489 patients and the number of dispensing formulas was 7489;the replenishment time,classified registration time of drug items,and inventory time of turnover warehouse of employees in the study group were(25.21±4.28)min,(45.77±7.33)min,and(46.24±8.11)min,respectively,which were significantly less than corresponding(32.35±5.31)min,(57.22±8.02)min,and(76.33±9.06)min in the control group(all P<0.05);the prescription number time,drug registration time,production drug list time,and window physical inventory time of employees in the study group were(134.31±38.22)s,(5.29±1.33)s,(63.01±10.09)s,and(175.56±49.52)s,respectively,which were significantly lower than corresponding(175.58±45.31)s,(7.22±2.02)s,(84.41±9.06)s,and(364.89±68.57)s in the control group(all P<0.05);the formula error rate of employees in the study group was 0.21%,which was significantly lower than 1.31%in the control group(P<0.05);the dispute rate of employees in the study group was 0.11%,which was s
