摘 要:低氧运动作为一种应激源会引起机体应激激素(促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、促甲状腺激素、甲状腺激素、泌乳素等)水平的变化,这些应激激素在调节糖脂代谢方面发挥着重要作用,对减重有一定程度的影响,但是有关低氧运动对机体应激激素水平变化的研究以国外居多,国内相关研究较少。该文就运动及低氧运动对正常人群和肥胖人群应激激素水平的变化进行综述。Hypoxic exercise as a source of stress can cause changes in the level of body’s stress hormones(adrenocorticotropic hormone,cortisol,norepinephrine,epinephrine,thyroid-stimulating hormone,thyroid hormone,prolactin,etc.).These stress hormones play an important role in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,and have a certain degree of influence on weight loss.However,the research on the changes of the body’s stress hormone levels by hypoxic exercise is mostly abroad,and there are few domestic related studies.This article reviews the changes in the levels of stress hormones in normal and obese people by exercise and hypoxic exercise.
