摘 要:以戴河某河段黑臭水体为研究对象,探究固化微生物载体对河道黑臭水体中COD,NH_(3)-N,TP的去除效果。结果表明:底泥间歇性曝气联合固定化微生物载体的组合技术在常温条件下,pH值为7.09,ρ(DO)为1~3 mg/L,载体与水体投加质量比为1:10^(3),反应时间为3d时,净化效果较好。ρ(COD)由74.62mg/L下降至8.20 mg/L,去除率为89%;ρ(NH_(3)-N)由1.31 mg/L下降至0.31 mg/L,去除率为76%;ρ(TP)由1.18 mg/L下降至0.71 mg/L,去除率为40%。载体缓释能力实验结果表明:载体在第3次使用时,反应初期的微生物量、微生物增长速率均高于前2次,循环使用可缩短微生物活性恢复的时间。The removal effect of immobilized microbial carrier on COD,NH_(3)-N and TP in the black and odorous water body of a section of the river in Dai He was investigated.The test results showed that:The combined technology of intermittent aeration of sediment with immobilized microbial carrier has a good purification effect when the pH value is 7.09,DO is maintained at 1~3 mg/L,the mass ratio of carrier is 1:10^(3),and the reaction time is 3 days.The COD concentration decreases from the initial 74.62 mg/L to 8.20 mg/L,and the removal rate is 89%.The concentration of NH_(3)-N decreased from 1.31 mg/L to 0.31 mg/L,and the removal rate was 76%.The TP concentration decreased from 1.18 mg/L to 0.71 mg/L,and the removal rate was 40%.The sustained release ability of the carrier was tested,and the results showed that the microbial biomass and microbial growth rate at the beginning of the reaction were higher than those of the first two times when the carrier was used for the third time,and recycling could shorten the recovery time of microbial activity.
