摘　　要：[目的/意义]在“智库建设要把重点放在提高研究质量、推动内容创新上”的指引下,有必要系统研究高校智库知识生产问题。[方法/过程]运用文献内容分析法,以“从哪些方面研究高校智库生产何种知识”为标准和主线,梳理高校智库知识生产的基本类型,构建理论框架;运用案例研究法,考察样本高校智库的实践情况。[结果/结论]理论上,高校智库知识生产有四种类型,即高校逻辑下的概念驱动、决策系统下的政策驱动、中国情境下的事件驱动和技术革新下的技术驱动。本文基于案例分析,给出“下半场”高校智库知识生产改进优化的基本思路,包括转化、嵌入、扎根和适应,进一步提出高校智库知识生产论域可跟踪研究的议题。[Purpose/significance]Think tank construction should focus on improving research quality and promoting content innovation.Under this guidance,it is necessary to research the knowledge production of university think tank systemically.[Method/process]This paper adopts content analysis method of the academic literature,with the main line and standard of“from what aspects to study what kind of knowledge produced by university think tank”,sorts out the basic types of knowledge production of university think tank and formulates a theoretical framework.Then it applies the case study method to look into the practices of think tanks in sample universities.[Result/conclusion]Theoretically,there are four types of knowledge production in university think tank:the concept-driven under the logic of institutions of higher learning,the policydriven one in the decision-making system,the event-driven one on situations in China and the technologydriven one innovated by technology.Based on case analyses,the paper puts forward the basic ideas for the improvement and optimization of knowledge production of university think tank in the“second half”,including transformation,embedding,rooting and adaptation.It also raises the trackable research topics of the knowledge production of university think tank.
