英国警务智库建设对我国警务智库发展的启示

摘　　要：[目的/意义]2015年,公安部提出要加强公安机关新型智库建设,建立健全决策咨询制度。然而,时至今日,有影响力的警务智库仍然很少。英国警务智库发展相对成熟,在组织体系和警务研究方面都十分具有特色,本文选择英国警务智库作为研究对象,可以为我国警务智库发展提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]本文的研究数据主要来源于英国警务智库官方网站和文献资料。本文通过分析其研究成果、会议、讲座、论坛、咨询和培训等,对英国警务智库进行全面研究和分析。[结果/结论]通过分析发现,英国警务智库在组织架构、研究人员来源和研究领域方面,都有其独特性,都有值得我国警务智库学习和借鉴的地方。在此基础上,本文提出了对我国警务智库发展的启示。[Purpose/significance]In 2015,the Ministry of Public Security proposed to strengthen the construction of new think tanks and establish a sound decision-making consultation system.However,to this day,there are still very few influential policing think tanks.The development of UK’s Police Foundation is relatively mature in terms of organizational system and police research.This paper selects UK’s Police Foundation as the research object,which can provide reference for the development of Chinese police think tanks.[Method/process]The data sources for this article are mainly the official website of the UK’s Police Foundation and research literature.This article conducts a comprehensive research and analysis on the UK’s Police Foundation by analyzing its research papers,conferences,lectures,forums,consultations and training.[Result/conclusion]Through analysis,it is found that the UK’s Police Foundation has its own uniqueness in the organizational structure,the source of researchers,and the research field.On this basis,this paper puts forward the enlightenment for the development of Chinese police think tanks.
