摘　　要：鉴于现行电力行政执法受制于法律法规、体制机制、人才队伍等因素制约,发挥不到其应有作用,同时又面临诸多法律风险,广州地区创建新型电力行政执法模式,尝试克服传统模式诸多弊端,为我国电力行政执法模式建设探索出了一条可行的路径。As the current power administrative law enforcement is unable to play its due role and features many legal risks due to restrictions such as laws and regulations,system mechanism,talent team and other legal factors,Guangzhou has made a trial test to create a new power administrative law enforcement mode,trying to overcome so many disadvantages in the traditional mode,which offers a possible means for the construction of power administrative law enforcement mode in china.
