摘 要:为完善电力行业某类工程设计标准中防淹溺措施,从可能造成淹溺的3个不同作业活动出发分析淹溺形成的主要原因,对该类典型工程项目防淹溺安全措施设计参考的主要防淹溺设计标准及有关条文的内容表述进行统计,总结出现有标准在防淹溺措施表述方面的不足,并提出在类似标准规范中完善防淹溺安全措施的建议。In order to improve the drowning prevention measures in a certain type of engineering design standard of the power industry,the main causes of drowning events formed are analyzed from three different operations that might cause drowning,statistics are made on the main anti-drowning design standards and their provision contents referenced in the design of anti-drowning safety measures in such typical engineering projects of the power industry,several deficiencies are summarized on the description of the anti-drowning measures in the current standards,and the articles are proposed to improve the anti-drowning safety measures in the similar standards.
