摘　　要：总结许筠教授运用自拟方"升清降浊汤"治疗特发性膜性肾病临床经验,导师认为本病病机为"脾不升清、胃不降浊、气虚失运",临证采用"升清降浊、益气化瘀法"治疗特发性膜性肾病,临床疗效满意。本文从病因病机、治则治法、典型病案进行阐释,为临床遣方用药提供参考。Summarizing the clinical experience of Professor Xu Jun using the self-made prescription"Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction"in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,the tutor believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is"the spleen does not promote clearness,the stomach does not reduce turbidity,and the lack of qi deficiency",The clinical treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with"the method of promoting clearing and reducing turbidity,replenishing qi and removing blood stasis",the clinical effect is satisfactory.This article explains the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and typical medical records,and provides references for clinical prescriptions and medications.
