摘 要:建立了化妆品中11种抗菌药物的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品用甲醇+四氢呋喃(80+20)提取,C18色谱柱分离,检测波长为240 nm,二极管阵列检测器检测。各待测物的方法检出限为20~40 mg/kg,在5.0~100 mg/L的线性范围内,所得的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.99,方法回收率为86.1%~114.2%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~4.3%。该方法准确快速,操作简便,适用于化妆品中抗菌类药物的含量测定。A detection method of 11 antibacterial drugs in cosmetics was established by high performance liquid chromatography.The sample was extracted with methanol+tetrahydrofuran(80+20),separated on a C18 chromatographic column with a detection wavelength of 240 nm,and detected by a diode array detector.The detection limit of the method for each analyte was 20-40 mg/kg,within the linear range of 5.0-100 mg/L,the regression equations obtained showed a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99.The method recovery rate was 86.1%-114.2%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.5%-4.3%.The method is accurate,fast and easy to operate,which is suitable for the determination of antibacterial drugs in cosmetics.
