含兵豆籽和红木籽提取物精华液控油及改善毛孔的功效  

Effects of Essence Containing Lens Esculenta Seed Extract and Bixa Orellana Seed Extract on Oil Control and Pore Refining

摘　　要：为研究含兵豆籽和红木籽提取物的精华液对改善人体面部油脂、角质层水分、毛孔的作用,选取了33名年龄为18~40岁、油性肤质、面部毛孔等级为1~3级的受试者,每天早晚使用含兵豆籽和红木籽提取物的精华液,持续使用4周。使用VISIA、Sebumeter SM815、Corneometer CM825仪器测试使用前后面部油脂、角质层水分、毛孔等参数。结果发现:使用该精华液4周,男性和女性的额头油脂、面颊油脂均有显著性降低(P<0.05);男性面颊角质层水分有显著性升高(P<0.05),女性面颊角质层水分有升高趋势;男性和女性的毛孔特征计数、毛孔分值均有下降趋势。因此,该精华液对人体面部皮肤有显著的控油作用(P<0.05);对男性皮肤有显著的保湿作用(P<0.05),对女性皮肤有一定的保湿作用;并有一定改善毛孔的作用。To study the effects of the essence containing Lens esculenta seed extract and Bixa orellana seed extract on improving the facial oil,stratum corneum moisture and pores,a total of 33 subjects aged 18-40 years old,with oily skin and facial pores at 1-3 grade were selected for the test.The essence containing extracts of Lens esculenta seed and Bixa orellana seed was used for 4 weeks.The parameters of facial sebum content,stratum corneum moisture and pore,before and after use,were measured by VISIA,Sebumeter SM815 and Corneometer CM825.The results showed that after applying the essence for 4 weeks,the forehead oil content and cheek oil content of men and women were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the cheek stratum corneum moisture content of men was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the cheek stratum corneum moisture content of female had an increasing trend;the number of pore characteristics and pore score of both men and women had a decreasing trend.Therefore,the essence has a significant oil control effect on human facial skin(P<0.05),and provides a significant moisturizing effect on male skin(P<0.05),which has a certain moisturizing effect on female skin,and has a certain role in shrinking pores.
