信用信息平台建设路径的实践与探索——以国家信用建设试点城市惠州为例

摘　　要：信用信息平台是信用信息的重要载体,在信用信息归集和大数据应用方面发挥着重要作用。惠州市作为国家首批信用试点建设城市,其经验表明,信用信息平台建设要在"政府主导、多方联动、社会共建"模式下,以完善信用制度为引领,建立统一化信用信息目录,健全全国统一的互联互通数字平台,探索创新"多元化"信用信息平台使用功能。Credit information platform is an important carrier of credit information,which plays an important role in the aggregation of credit information and the application of data. As one of the first pilot cities of credit construction in China,Huizhou’s experience shows that the construction of credit information platform in China should be led by perfecting credit system under the construction mode of government-led,multi-party linkage and social collaboration as well as a unified standard of credit information,which will help to build a unified nationwide,interconnected digital platform,and serve the functions of innovative "diversified" information platform.
