摘 要:VTS效益评估是展示VTS服务效能最直接的手段之一,天津VTS中心在效益评估领域已做了大量工作,拥有海量的船舶动态数据。在大数据背景下,在之前效益评估实践的基础上利用新型的数据挖掘技术,为深入认识和利用海事系统数据提供了重要的研究思路和分析工具,并以VTS大数据为基础,重新梳理效益评估的项目种类,探索新的效益评估计算方法。The evaluation of VTS benefit is one of the most direct means for demonstrating the efficiency of VTS service. Tianjin VTS has spent much effort in the field of benefit evaluation, and has obtained an enormous amount of ship movement data. Under the background of big data and based on the practice of the previous benefit evaluation, this paper employs the new data mining technology to provide an important tool of thinking and analysis for the in-depth understanding and utilization of maritime system data. In addition, this paper, on the basis the VTS big data, reviews and clarifies the items and categories of benefit evaluation and explores new methods for benefit evaluation calculation.
