摘　　要：目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者家属探视信念与态度的影响因素。方法选取上海市第六人民医院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的108名ICU患者的家属(每例患者均选取1名家属)。采用ICU探视信念与态度量表(BAVIQ)评估全部ICU患者家属探视信念与态度,并收集全部患者家属相关基线资料。比较不同资料特征患者家属BAVIQ评分,分析可能影响ICU患者家属探视信念与态度的相关因素。结果不同受教育程度、对探视满意度、焦虑自评量表评分患者家属BAVIQ评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析,受教育程度为高中及以下、对探视不满意、焦虑情绪较重是ICU患者家属探视信念与态度一般的影响因素(P<0.05)。得到回归方程:Y=71.085+6.935X_(1)+8.065X_(2)+9.915X_(3)。结论ICU患者家属探视信念与态度一般,受患者家属受教育程度低、对探视不满意、焦虑情绪较重等因素影响。Objective To explore the influencing factors of visiting beliefs and attitudes of family members of patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 108 family members of ICU patients(one family member for each patient)in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected.The beliefs and attitudes toward visitations in ICU questionnaire(BAVIQ)was used to evaluate the beliefs and attitudes of visiting of all family members of ICU patients,and related baseline data of family members of all patients were collected.BAVIQ scores of family members of patients with different data characteristics were compared,the related factors that might affect the visiting beliefs and attitudes of family members of ICU patients were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in ICU of BAVIQ scores among the family members of patients with different education levels,satisfaction with visits,and self-rating anxiety scale scores(P<0.05).After multiple linear regression analysis,education level of high school or below,dissatisfaction with visits,and heavier anxiety were the general influencing factors of visiting beliefs and attitudes of ICU family members of patients(P<0.05).The regression equation was got:Y=71.085+6.935X_(1)+8.065X_(2)+9.915X_(3).Conclusion Family members of ICU patients have general visiting beliefs and attitudes,which are affected by factors such as the lower education level of family members of patients,dissatisfaction with visiting and heavy anxiety.
