含毒性饮片中成药临床不合理应用浅析

摘　　要：目的分析含毒性饮片中成药临床不合理现象原因,加强含毒性饮片中成药临床合理应用。方法对长春中医药大学附属医院2019年3月—2020年3月医院有毒中药饮片进行统计。分析含毒性饮片中成药临床不合理使用的原因。结果长春中医药大学附属医院共使用毒性饮片40种,其中大毒饮片1种,有毒饮片25种,小毒饮片14种。临床毒性饮片与含毒性饮片叠加使用时,无超《中华人民共和国药典》规定剂量的病例。结论医院应重视含毒性饮片中成药的临床合理应用,提高合理用药意识,建立健全相关管理制度,加强监管,加强对医师和药师的培训,保障含毒性饮片中成药临床合理使用。Objective To analyze the causes of clinical irrationality of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic decoction pieces and strengthen the clinical rational application of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic decoction pieces. Methods The poisonous traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were counted. The statistical results were analyzed, and the reasons for the unreasonable clinical use of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic slices were analyzed by consulting literature and interviewing clinicians. Results 40 kinds of toxic decoction pieces were used in our hospital, including 1 kind of big toxic decoction pieces, 25 kinds of toxic decoction pieces and 14 kinds of small toxic decoction pieces. There were no cases exceeding the dose of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China when clinical toxic decoction pieces were superimposed with toxic decoction pieces. Conclusion Hospitals should attach importance to the rational clinical application of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic slices, improve the awareness of rational drug use, establish and improve relevant management sys-tems, strengthen supervision, strengthen the training of physicians and pharmacists, and ensure the rational clinical use of Chinese patent medicines containing toxic slices.
