胃苓软肝消胀散治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察胃苓软肝消胀散治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法 100例乙肝后肝硬化患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西医治疗。治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上加口服胃苓软肝消胀散。每疗程为1个月,对比2组乙肝后肝硬化腹水患者腹胀、尿少、乏力、纳差、水肿等临床症状以及肝功能、腹水变化等情况,进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗组证候积分、肝功能、腹水变化比较优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃苓软肝消胀散联合西医常规治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,且安全有效,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Weiling Ruangan Xiaozhang powder in treating ascites due to liver cirrhosis induced by hepatitis B. Methods 100 patients with post-hepatitis B liver cirrhosis were divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with oral Weiling Ruangan Xiaozhang powder. Taking one month as a course of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated based on abdominal distension, oliguria, fatigue, poor appetite, edema,etc, as well as changes in liver function and ascites. Results The improvement of the syndrome score, liver function, and ascites changes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group( P<0.05), and the curative effect of the treatment group was better with respect to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Weiling Ruangan Xiaozhang powder combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of ascites due to hepatitis B liver cirrhosis is better than western medicine alone,and it is safe and effective. It is worthy of clinical application.
