和血明目汤治疗糖尿病眼病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨和血明目汤对糖尿病眼病患者眼底血流及氧化应激因子水平的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院糖尿病眼病患者92例,随机分为2组,各46例。对照组予以羟苯磺酸钙胶囊500 mg口服,日2次;试验组联用和血明目汤,日1剂,4周为一个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较治疗前后2组患者临床疗效、眼底血流、氧化应激因子及不良反应。结果与对照组63.04%(29/46)相比,试验组总有效率89.13%(41/46)较高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组PSV、EDV水平较高,PI、MDA、LHP、ROS水平较低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和血明目汤能降低糖尿病眼病患者机体氧化应激水平,改善眼底血流,从而提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Hexue Mingmu decoction on ocular fundus blood flow and oxidative stress factors in patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy.Methods 92 patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given calcium dobesilate capsules 500mg orally,twice a day,and the experimental group was treated with Hexue Mingmu decoction,1 dose a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,fundus blood flow,oxidative stress factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group 63.04%(28/46),the total effective rate of the experimental group 89.13%(41/46)was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the PSV and EDV levels in the experimental group were higher,while the PI,MDA,LHP and ROS levels were lower(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hexue Mingmu decoction can reduce oxidative stress and improve fundus blood flow in patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy.
