混合痔术后中医药多模式镇痛疗法的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨混合痔术后中医药多模式镇痛疗法的镇痛疗效。方法将60例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用中医药多模式镇痛管理方案进行镇痛治疗;对照组采用常规多模式镇痛管理方案进行镇痛治疗。观察2组患者术后7 d内的疼痛分值、阿片类药物使用量。结果 2组术后第2~7天,活动状态疼痛分值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后7 d内,静息状态疼痛分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组阿片类药物使用量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药多模式镇痛管理方案能够有效降低术后第2~7天,活动状态时的肛门疼痛,减少术后阿片类药物的使用量。Objective To explore the analgesic effect of multimodal analgesic therapy with Chinese medicine after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 60 patients after hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases). The treatment group was given analgesic treatment with multimode analgesic therapy of Chinese medicine,while the control group was given analgesic treatment with general multimodal analgesic management therapy. Pain score,opioid drugs usage and adverse reactions were observed within 7 days after operation in the two groups. Resuts There was significant difference in pain score of active state from day 2 to day 7 after operation between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pain scores in pain score of rest state between the two groups within 7 days after operation(P>0.05). There was significant difference in opioid drugs use between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine multimodal analgesic therapy can effectively reduce anal pain in the active state from day 2 to day 7 after operation,and reduce the use of opioids.
