益气解毒法治疗小儿合胞病毒肺炎25例

摘　　要：目的分析益气解毒法在小儿合胞病毒肺炎治疗中的意义。方法选择吉安市妇幼保健院2018年1月—2020年4月收治的小儿合胞病毒肺炎患儿共50例,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组25例。对照组的患儿给予常规西医方法治疗,观察组在该基础上增加益气解毒法。比较2组咳嗽症状消失时间、咳痰消失时间、发热消失时间、治疗前后患儿血气分析、氧合指数、肺功能情况、炎症指标、总有效率、细菌清除率。结果观察组咳嗽症状消失时间、咳痰消失时间、发热消失时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组细菌清除率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前2组患儿血气分析、氧合指数、肺功能情况、炎症指标比较,P>0.05;治疗后2组上述指标均改善,且观察组相关指标改善的程度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论常规西医方法联合益气解毒法对于小儿合胞病毒肺炎的治疗效果确切,可有效改善患儿的肺部炎症,并改善血气指标和肺功能,缩短疗程,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application significance of replenishing qi and detoxification method in the treatment of children with syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods A total of 50 children with pediatric syncytial virus pneumonia from January 2018 to April2020 in Ji’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected. According to random number table method,the patients were divided into 2 groups,25 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with replenishing qi and detoxification method on the basis of the control group. The disappearance time of cough symptoms,sputum disappearance time,fever disappearance time,blood gas analysis before and after treatment,oxygenation index,lung function,inflammation index,total effective rate,and bacterial clearance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of cough symptoms,sputum disappearance,and fever disappeared in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The bacterial clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,comparison of blood gas analysis,oxygenation index,pulmonary function,and inflammation index between the two groups of children was made(P>0.05). After treatment,the above indicators were improved in the two groups,while the improvement of related indicators in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The conventional western medicine method combined with replenishing qi and detoxification method has a definite therapeutic effect on children with syncytial virus pneumonia. It can effectively improve the lung inflammation in children,improve blood gas indicators and lung function,and shorten the course of treatment. It is worthy of promotion.
