穴位按摩结合中药热熨用于老年腰椎管狭窄护理中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩结合中药热熨用于老年腰椎管狭窄护理中的临床价值。方法从2018年10月—2019年11月收治的老年腰椎管狭窄患者中选取82例进行研究,随机分为对照组、观察组各41例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施穴位按摩结合中药热熨,对2组治疗效果及疼痛程度进行观察。结果干预前观察组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰背痛手术评分标准(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组VAS、JOA、ODI评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为97.56%(40/41),明显高于对照组80.49%(33/41)(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩结合中药热熨用于老年腰椎管狭窄护理中,能有效缓解老年腰椎管狭窄患者疼痛程度,改善其腰椎功能,也能提高护理满意率,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of acupoint massage combined with hot ironing of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 82 elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with hot ironing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and pain degree of the two groups were observed.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in VAS,JOA and ODI scores in the observation group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the vas,JOA and ODI scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.56%(40/41),which was significantly higher than 80.49%(33/41)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with hot ironing of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis can effectively relieve the pain degree of elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,improve their lumbar function,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate,which is worth promoting.
