摘　　要：萧琢如是民国时期著名医家,《遯园医案》载有萧氏30年所治之疑难验案150余则。萧氏治疗,一重温补,充分体现"中医火神派"的风格;二注意顾护脾胃,强调后天之本;三尊崇仲景学说,善用经方,又提倡变通。学习和研究《遯园医案》,对于提高中医临床诊疗水平,具有十分重要的意义。Xiao Zhuoru was a famous doctor in the Republic of China. There are more than one hundred and fifty prescriptions of cases in the Medical Records of Dunyuan. He would like to use nourishing drugs. It reflects School of Warning Yang of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Xiao Zhuoru attached great importance to the spleen and stomach of the treatment. He not only respected academ-ic thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing, but also used the drugs flexibly. To study the Medical Records of Dunyuan is of great significance to improving the level of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment.
