吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合护理预防全麻下胆系结石腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合护理预防全麻下胆系结石腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐发生的效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月井冈山市中医院收治的经超声检查符合胆系结石病症并在全麻下接受腹腔镜术患者88例,根据入院号单双号,分为联合组和常规组。常规组给予常规治疗手段及常规护理干预,联合组在常规组的基础上,联合使用吴茱萸穴位贴敷及护理干预手段。观察2组患者临床指标变化情况。结果联合组术后6 h及术后24 h的NVAS评分明显比常规组低(P<0.05),术后48 h及术后72 h 2组患者的NVAS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其术后6 h、术后24 h、术后48 h、术后72 h的恶心呕吐发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05),且联合组的SF-36评分比常规组高(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合护理作用在全麻下行腹腔镜术治疗胆系结石患者,可有效降低术后恶心呕吐发生率,提升患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广。Objective To study the effect of acupoint application of Evodia rutaea combined with nursing in preventing nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholelithiasis under general anesthesia.Methods Eighty-eight patients admitted to Jinggangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 who met the criteria of cholelithiasis through ultrasound examination and underwent laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia were selected.According to the number of admission,they were divided into the combined group and the conventional group.The conventional group was given conventional treatment and nursing intervention,while the combined group was given acupoint application and nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional group.The changes of clinical indicators in the two groups were observed.Results The NVAS score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group at 6h and 24h after surgery(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the NVAS score of the two groups at 48h and 72h after surgery(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting at 6h,24h,48h and 72h after surgery was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the SF-36 score in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined effect of acupoint application of Evodia rutaea and nursing on laparoscopic cholelithiasis patients under general anesthesia can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
