中药干预糖尿病足创面细菌生物膜研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病足具有发病率高、致残率高的特点,糖尿病足创面难以愈合与细菌生物膜密切相关,且对抗生素具有广泛耐药性。临床研究证实:中医药治疗糖尿病足慢性创面的临床疗效确切,中药血竭、五倍子及中药复方制剂可诱导细菌生物膜凋亡、减少细菌生物膜内细菌数量、降低生物膜细菌黏附性、增强细菌对抗生素的敏感性,可改善糖尿病足创面细菌生物膜的耐药性,促进创面愈合。Diabetic-foot has the characteristics such as high incidence and disability rate.Delayed healing of diabetic-foot wounds is closely related to bacterial biofilm,with extensive drug resistance to antibiotics.Clinical studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating chronic wounds of diabetic-foot,Daemonorops draco,Rhus chinensis and Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation can induce apoptosis of bacterial biofilm,reduce the number of bacteria in bacterial biofilm as well as the adhesion of biofilm bacteria,enhance the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics,improve the drug resistance of bacterial biofilm on diabetic foot wounds,and promote wound healing.
