长效胰岛素与口服降糖药联合方案在治疗2型糖尿病中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的以2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,分析长效胰岛素、降糖药物口服联合治疗方案的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1—8月在该院确诊并用药治疗的2型糖尿病患者92例为研究对象,通过单双数法分组,对照组应用降糖药(阿卡波糖、二甲双胍)口服治疗,观察组联用长效胰岛素(甘精胰岛素)治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组用药前血糖指标、氧化应激指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药6个月后观察组的血糖指标、氧化应激指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿卡波糖、二甲双胍、甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病,患者的血糖水平、氧化应激水平更优,用药安全性较好。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of oral long-acting insulin and hypoglycemic drugs in combination with patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From January to August 2021,92 patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital were selected as the research objects.Grouped by odd and even numbers,the control group was treated with hypoglycemic drugs(acarbose,metformin),and the observation group was treated with long-acting insulin(insulin glargine).Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of blood glucose and oxidative stress indicators before medication between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood glucose index and oxidative stress index levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group after 6 months of medication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of acarbose,metformin,and insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has better blood glucose levels and oxidative stress levels,and the medication safety is better.
