摘  要:目的探讨微课联合个体教育在糖尿病患者自我安全注射胰岛素中的应用研究。方法选取2020年3月—2021年8月在该院内分泌科住院治疗的糖尿病患者100例,采用随机数据表法进行分组将100例糖尿病患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用传统个体教育模式;观察组采用微课视频联合个体教育宣教模式。对比两组患者了解注射胰岛素相关知识情况,注射胰岛素操作掌握情况,血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平情况,并发症发生率和自行停药情况。结果观察组采用微课视频联合个体教育模式宣教胰岛素相关知识掌握情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的自行停药率为22.00%,而观察组没有出现自行停药的患者,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课视频联合个体教育模式,可有效增加糖尿病患者自我注射胰岛素的安全意识,并能熟练掌握注射胰岛素相关知识,注射部位发生不良反应较低。Objective To explore the application research of micro-class combined with individual education in self-safe insulin injection of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 diabetic patients who were hospitalized in the endocrinology department of the hospital from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected.The random data table method was used to group 100 diabetic patients into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).The control group adopted the traditional individual education model.The observation group adopted the mode of micro-class video combined with individual education and education.The two groups of patients were compared for their knowledge of insulin injections,their mastery of insulin injection operations,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,complication rates and self-discontinuation.Results The observation group's use of micro-class video combined with individual education mode to teach insulin-related knowledge was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total mastery rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-discontinuation rate of the control group was 22.00%,while the observation group did not have any self-discontinuation.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-class video combined with the individual education mode can effectively increase the safety awareness of self-injection of insulin in diabetic patients,and can be proficient in the knowledge of insulin injection,and the adverse reactions at the inj
