摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活水平的日益提高及医疗水平的快速发展,高质量的医疗护理服务逐渐受到人们的关注。在对ICU患者在缓解期如何平稳度过,如何提高生命质量的探讨进程中,我们发现,过渡监护病房(progressive care units,PCU)在危重症患者的转归预后过程中扮演着重要的角色,过渡护理模式为护理工作者提供了系统分析并处理此类问题的思路。从ICU过渡期护理的临床实践及效果进行综述,为开展ICU过渡护理提供指引,应用过渡护理模式,发展与重症监护病房(ICU)相匹配的过渡监护病房(PCU),确保重症患者顺利过渡,提升此期间的护理质量。In recent years,with the increasing improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of medical level,high-quality medical and nursing services have gradually attracted people's attention.We found that PCU(progressive care units)in the transitional care unit plays an important role in the prognosis of critically ill patients.The transitional care model provides nursing workers with a way to systematically analyze and deal with such problems.This paper mainly summarizes the clinical practice and effect of ICU transitional nursing,provides guidance for the development of ICU transitional nursing,applies the transitional nursing model,and develops the transitional care unit(PCU)matching the intensive care unit(ICU),so as to ensure the smooth transition of critical patients and improve the quality of nursing during this period.
