护士分层级管理在妇科护理管理中的应用对提高护理质量的探讨

摘　　要：目的分析护士分层管理在妇科护理管理中对提升护理质量的作用。方法选取该院于2018年2月-2019年3月收治的参与了妇科护理的护士37名为对照组,进行精细化管理。选取该院于2019年5月-2020年10月收治的参与妇科护理的护士39名为观察组,进行分层级管理。比较两组护理人员的护理质量,护士素质及护理满意度。结果护理管理后,两组护士的各方面护理质量均得到了提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,观察组的评分均超过90分,对照组评分超过80分。观察组管理后护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理管理后,两组护士各方面护理素质均得到了提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的评分均超过90分,对照组评分超过80分。观察组管理后护理素质评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者及其家属总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者及其家属的非常满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理在妇科护理管理中有助于提升护理质量,同时能促进提升护理人员的素质,且临床护理满意度较高,建议在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the role of nurses'hierarchical management in improving nursing quality in gynecological nursing management.Methods A selection of 37 nurses who participated in gynecological nursing in the hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the control group for refined management.Selected 39 nurses participating in gynecological nursing admitted in the hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 as the observation group for hierarchical management.Compared the nursing quality,nurse quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff.Results After nursing management,the nursing quality of the two groups of nurses was improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of the observation group exceeded 90 points,and the scores of the control group exceeded 80 points.The nursing quality scores of the observation group after management were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing management,the nursing quality of the two groups of nurses has been improved to a certain extent,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group exceeded 90 points,and the scores of the control group exceeded 80 points.The nursing quality scores of the observation group after management were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group and their families was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group and their families was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management of nurses can help improve the quality of nursing in gynecological nursing management,and at the same time promote the improvem
