摘　　要：放射科在临床工作中至关重要。其实践管理,应基于现状,全面综合考虑,提出有效的改进措施。专业的放射学家,先进的放射学设备,有效的管理政策均缺一不可。然而,放射科总体人员中,非专业性、老年与女性放射学家所占比例逐渐扩大,导致一线放射学家与患者病例数增长呈不对等趋势。运用相关工具,通过社交媒体、辅助系统与人工智能,实施放射实践相关政策,总体上可优化工作程序,减少放射学家工作量,提高放射学诊断准确性,保障患者的质量与安全。该文从放射学相关人员,技术工具以及实践基本管理3个方面对放射学实践管理做一综述。Radiology is very important in clinical work.Its practical management should be based on the status quo,comprehensive considerations,and effective improvement measures should be proposed.Professional radiologists,advanced radiology equipment,and effective management policies are all indispensable.However,the proportion of non-professional,elderly,and female radiologists in the overall radiology department has gradually expanded,leading to an uneven increase in the number of first-line radiologists and patients.Use relevant tools to implement radiation practice-related policies through social media,auxiliary systems,and artificial intelligence.In general,the work procedures can be optimized,the workload of radiologists can be reduced,the accuracy of radiological diagnosis can be improved,and the quality and safety of patients can be guaranteed.The article summarizes radiology practice management from three aspects:radiology related personnel,technical tools and basic management of practice.
