采血车与采血大厅不同采血环境对无偿献血者献血不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探究采血车与采血大厅不同采血环境对无偿献血者献血不良反应的影响。方法选择该市2019年1月-2020年5月2456名无偿献血人员为研究对象,依据采血场所的不同分为两组,对照组(n=1226)在采血车进行采血,研究组(n=1230)则在采血大厅进行采血。对比两组无偿献血人员的献血不良反应的不同程度,不良反应的发生情况和不良反应与环境的相关性。结果与对照组比,研究组的轻度、中度和重度不良反应的发生程度更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组的心理状况差、传染性情绪紊乱、体位不适和连锁反应、疼痛以及晕血等不良反应的发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采血车、采血大厅两种不同的采血场所及环境与心理状况差、传染性情绪紊乱、体位不适、连锁反应和疼痛、晕血不良反应的发生具有密切的相关性(P<0.05)。结论无偿献血者在采血大厅接受采血工作可以有效降低采血车采血产生的一系列不良反应的发生率,进而提高无偿献血者在献血过程中的安全性,从而较大程度上提高无偿献血者对采血工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of different blood collection environments in blood collection carts and blood collection halls on the adverse reactions of unpaid blood donors.Methods 2456 unpaid blood donors in the city from January 2019 to may 2020 were selected.Divided into two groups according to the different blood collection places.The control group(n=1226)collected blood in the blood collection cart,and the study group(n=1230)collected blood in the blood collection hall.The different degrees of adverse blood donation reactions of the two groups of unpaid blood donors,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the relevance of adverse reactions to the environment were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of mild,moderate and severe adverse reactions in the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions such as poor psychological status,infectious mood disorders,postural discomfort,chain reactions,pain,and dizziness,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two different blood collection places and environment of blood collection cart and blood collection hall were closely related to the occurrence of adverse reactions such as poor psychological conditions,infectious mood disorders,postural discomfort,chain reactions,pain,and blood dizziness(P<0.05).Conclusion Unpaid blood donors accepting blood collection work in the blood collection hall can effectively reduce the incidence of a series of adverse reactions caused by blood collection from the blood collection vehicle,thereby improving the safety of unpaid blood donors in the blood donation process.Thereby,the satisfaction of unpaid blood donors with blood collection work is greatly improved.
