摘 要:以三乙烯四胺、不饱和脂肪酸与苯乙酮、甲醛等原料制备曼尼希碱咪唑啉缓蚀剂MBI-1,研究其在高压、高CO_(2)浓度、高H_(2)S浓度的腐蚀介质中对Q235试样的缓蚀行为。电化学极化曲线表明,MBI-1属于阳极型缓蚀剂,其在金属表面遵循Langmuir等温吸附方程,发生物理化学吸附。缓蚀剂MBI-1在10~80℃范围,CO_(2)分压为0.2~1.3 MPa, H_(2)S质量浓度为0~500 mg/L,盐含量不超过60 g/L时,缓蚀率仍能保持90%以上。与其他类型的缓蚀剂相比,有着更好的缓蚀效果。在实际油田环境中应用能够切实起到良好的缓蚀作用,实现安全效益双重收获。The mannich base imidazoline corrosion inhibitor MBI-1 was synthesized with triethylene tetramine, unsaturated fatty acids, acetophenone, and methanal as raw materials. The corrosion inhibition behavior of MBI-1 on Q235 in corrosive medium with high pressure, high CO_(2) concentration and high H_(2)S concentration,was studied. The electrochemical polarization curve showed that, MBI-1 belonged to anodic corrosion inhibitor, it followed the Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation, and physicochemical adsorption occurred. Under the condition that the temperature was 10-80 ℃, the partial pressure of CO_(2) was 0.2-1.3 MPa, the mass concentration of H_(2)S was 0-500 mg/L, the salt content was not above 60 g/L, the corrosion inhibition rate of MBI-1 could maintained above 90%, which showed better corrosion inhibition efficiency compared to other types of corrosion inhibitors. The application of MBI-1 in actual oil field environment can obtain good corrosion inhibition effect and realize double harvest of safety and benefit.
