摘  要:针对PVC生产工段排放的聚合离心母液废水可生化性较差,进水温度高的水质特点,以及出水标准高的要求,设计采用前臭氧氧化-水解酸化-接触氧化-过滤-后臭氧氧化工艺进行处理,介绍了该工程的处理工艺流程、主要建(构)筑物设计参数、运行效果及成本分析。运行实践表明,在进水COD的质量浓度为350 mg/L,浊度为15 NTU, m(BOD_(5))/m(COD)≤0.2时,出水COD的质量浓度在40 mg/L以下,浊度在3 NTU以下,其余各项指标均达到GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》表1中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准。In order to satisfy the high effluent water discharge standard, according to the characteristics of polymerization centrifugal mother liquor discharged from PVC production section such as poor biodegradable and high inlet water temperature, a combined process of pre ozonation-hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation-filtration-post ozonation was adopted in the design. The process flow, the design parameters of main buildings(structures), and the operation effect and cost analysis of the said kind of wastewater treatment were introduced.The operation practice showed that, when the mass concentration of CODCrin influent water was 350 mg/L, the turbidity was 15 NTU, m(BOD_(5))/m(COD) ≤ 0.2, the mass concentration of COD in effluent water was lower than40 mg/L, the turbidity was below 3 NTU, and the other indexes all met the standard of "make-up water for open circulating cooling water system" in table 1 of GB/T 19923—2005 Urban sewage recycling industrial water quality.
