摘  要:基于离子色谱柱后衍生分光光度法构建一种分析水中氨氮浓度的新方法,通过定量分析峰面积、定性分析目标化合物的保留时间,获得氨氮浓度值。对比研究了不同方法间的精密度、准确度、检出限和加标回收率等指标,并进一步采集实际水样进行验证。结果显示,该方法测定的氨氮浓度与峰面积呈显著线性关系(r=0.999 9,线性范围0~50 mg/L);对3种不同浓度的氨氮标准溶液,测定结果 RSD值均小于2%;标准物质加标回收率在84.84%~104.98%之间;对地表水、生活污水、工业废水和海水样品的平均加标回收率在84.41%~96.93%之间。该方法可用于多种水质的氨氮监测。A new method for analyzing ammonia nitrogen concentration in water was constructed based on ion chromatography post-column derivatization spectrophotometry. By quantitatively analyzing the peak area and qualitatively analyzing the retention time of the target compound, the ammonia nitrogen concentration value can be obtained. The precision, accuracy, detection limit and recovery rate of standard addition among different methods were compared and studied, the actual water samples were further collected for verification. The results showed that, the ammonia nitrogen concentration determined by the said method has a significant linear relationship with the peak area(r = 0.999 9, linear range was 0 ~ 50 mg/L);the RSD values of the three different concentrations of ammonia nitrogen standard solutions were all less than 2%;the recovery rate of standard substance addition was 84.84% ~ 104.98%, the average recovery rate of standard addition for surface water, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and seawater samples was 84.41% ~ 96.93%,. The said method can be used for ammonia nitrogen monitoring of a variety of water quality.
