摘  要:高效、节能、降耗、减负是电力领域的永恒话题。本文主要研究目前在用电环节方面的用户侧无功负荷管理存在的问题。大工业及普通工商业电力用户是地区电能消费的主力,所消费的电能,包含有功电能及很多普通人不了解的无功电能。笔者通过长期的配电管理工作及配电技术改造工作,结合对某地区用户月度功率因数的数据分析,从用电环节的角度,发现并总结出在现有《功率因数调整电费办法》框架下,用户长期有大额功率因数调整电费支出的问题,并提出相应的解决方法——用户侧无功负荷管理服务。High efficiency, energy saving, consumption reduction and burden reduction are the eternal topics in the field of electric power. This paper mainly studies the problems of reactive power load management on the user side in the current power consumption link. Large industrial and general industrial and commercial power users are the main consumers of electricity in the region.It contains active energy and reactive energy that many ordinary people do not understand. Through long-term distribution management work and distribution technology transformation work, combined with the analysis of monthly power factor data of users in a certain area, from the perspective of power consumption links, the author finds and summarizes that under the framework of the existing "Power Factor Adjustment Tariff Method".The problems existing in the user’s reactive power compensation are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, that is, the user’s reactive load management service.
