摘 要:目的:探究达州地区RhD阳性健康献血者RH表型抗原CcEe的分布频率。方法:简单随机抽样法选取达州地区1496例RhD阳性健康献血者的血液样本,采用微柱凝胶法进行Rh血型抗原检测,计算Rh血型各表型频率,并与国内其他地区Rh血型表型分布情况进行比较。结果:1496例RhD阳性健康献血者中,A型548例,B型317例,O型504例,AB型127例。共检出8种Rh血型抗原分型,检出频率从大到小依次为:CCDee(48.46%)>CcDEe(33.76%)>CcDee(8.56%)>ccDEE(5.61%)>ccDEe(2.74%)>CcDEE(0.40%)>CCDEe(0.27%)>ccDee(0.20%);不同血型献血者Rh抗原表型的检出频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Rh抗原阳性率从大到小依次为:e(93.98%)>C(91.44%)>c(51.27%)>E(42.78%);不同血型献血者Rh抗原分布频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。达州地区RhD阳性健康献血者的Rh血型表型分布与北京、兰州、湖北和福州等地区分布情况接近。结论:达州地区RhD阳性健康献血者Rh表型抗原以CCDee、CcDEe型最为常见,C、e抗原分布频率较高,Rh表型分布特征与国内部分地区相似。Objective:To explore the distribution frequency of RhCcEe in RhD-positive healthy blood donors in Dazhou area.Methods:1,496 blood samples from RhD-positive healthy blood donors in Dazhou area were selected by simple random sampling method.The Rh blood group antigens were detected by micro-column gel method.The frequency of each Rh blood group phenotype was calculated and compared with the distribution of Rh blood group phenotypes in other regions of the country.Results:Among 1,496 RhD positive healthy blood donors,the blood types included type A(548 cases),type B(317 cases),type O(504 cases)and type AB(127 cases).A total of 8 types of Rh blood group antigens were detected,and the order of detection frequency was as follows:CCDee(48.46%)>CcDEe(33.76%)>CcDee(8.56%)>ccDEE(5.61%)>ccDEe(2.74%)>CcDEE(0.40%)>CCDEe(0.27%)>ccDee(0.20%).There was no significant difference in the detection frequency of Rh antigen phenotype among blood donors with different blood types(P>0.05).The positive rate of Rh antigen was as follows:e(93.98%)>C(91.44%)>c(51.27%)>E(42.78%).There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution frequency of Rh antigen among blood donors with different blood types(P>0.05).The distribution of Rh blood type phenotype among RhD-positive healthy blood donors in Dazhou area was similar to that in Beijing,Lanzhou,Hubei and Fuzhou.Conclusion:CCDee and CcDEe are the most common types of Rh phenotype antigens among RhD-positive healthy blood donors in Dazhou area,and the distribution frequencies of C and e antigens are relatively higher.The distribution characteristics of Rh phenotype in Dazhou area are similar to those in some parts of the country.
