摘  要:金黄色葡萄球菌是一种极为常见的致病菌,可引起局部及系统性感染。目前,约60%临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌为更为危险的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)。万古霉素是治疗MRSA感染的首选药物,但耐万古霉素MRSA依然出现且有不断蔓延之势。因此,开发新型抗MRSA药物势在必行。杂合体策略是对付耐药性的常用策略,而吲哚/靛红杂合体可作用于细菌的多个靶点,故吲哚/靛红杂合体对包括MRSA在内的多种耐药菌具有良好的活性。本文将着重介绍近年来发展的具有优秀抗MRSA活性(最小抑制浓度/MIC:≤1.0μg/mL)的吲哚/靛红杂合体的研究进展,为进一步研究做铺垫。Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) as one of the major pathogens in humans can cause local and systemic tissue infections.At present,approximately 60% of S.aureus isolates are difficult-to-treat methicillin-resistant S.aureus (MRSA).Vancomycin has been a predominant option for the treatment of MRSA infections,but MRSA isolates with resistance to vancomycin have emerged and spread fast,creating an urgent demand to develop novel anti-MRSA agents.Hybridization is one of the common strategies to overcome drug resistance,and indole/isatin hybrids could act on diverse targets in bacteria,so indole/isatin hybrids possess potent activity against a variety of drug-resistant pathogens including MRSA.This review outlines the recent advances of indole/isatin hybrids with excellent potential (minimum inhibitory concentration/MIC:≤1.0μg/mL) against MRSA to facilitate the further investigations.
