摘  要:为提高人工关节假体材料(钛合金/超高分子量聚乙烯配副)的耐磨性,研究了材料仿生树状分叉网络织构的液体铺展流动性能与摩擦学性能。根据分支数与分支角不同,分别设计了3类仿生树状分叉网络织构(十字型网络、T型网络、Y型网络),每类树状网络织构分别制备成织构率为10%、15%、20%的3种试样。通过试验,评价了树状网络的液体铺展流动性和摩擦学性能,结果发现:3种织构表面均可以降低瞬时接触角和实现液体完全铺展,并具有较好的减摩性能;Y型网络织构具有最好的液体铺展流动性能,2μL的液体在10%织构率时瞬时接触角为23.37°,仅0.95 s可以完全铺展;T型网络织构在15%织构率时摩擦系数仅为0.077,较原始表面降低了38%。研究内容对人工关节自润滑减摩设计具有重要参考意义。To ensure and lengthen the service life of artificial joint(titanium alloy/ultra high molecular weight polyethylene),the liquid spreading flow properties and tribological properties of biomimetic tree-like networks texture are investigated.Three kinds of surface textures with different branch numbers and branch angles(cross-shaped network,T-shaped network,Y-shaped network)are designed.Each kind of tree-like networks texture is prepared in texture ratios of 10%,15%,20%respectively.The liquid spreading fluidity and tribological properties of biomimetic tree-like networks are evaluated by the experiments.All the three kinds of textured surfaces are able to reduce the instantaneous contact angle and realize the liquid spreading completely within a certain period and are endowed with good antifriction properties.The Y-shaped network texture has the best liquid spreading flow property,whose instantaneous contact angle of 2μL liquid in 10%texture ratio is 23.37°,and the liquid can fully spread in 0.95 seconds.The friction coefficient of T-shaped network texture gets only 0.077 in 15%texture ratio,which lowers by 38%compared with the original surface.This approach is beneficial to self-lubricating friction reduction design of artificial joint.
