摘 要:国内外学者已经做出关于生态流量和水库调度方面的研究,但关于水电富集区全网水电发电能力与生态流量关系的研究还甚少。以四川电网为例,通过对生态流量的计算方法进行归纳和分析,剖析四川电网水电发电能力与生态流量关系。在生态环境保护的前提下,充分挖掘四川电网生态流量的发电潜力,实现水能利用与生态保护协调健康发展,促进社会主义生态文明建设。主要研究工作如下:整理国内外生态流量的研究现状;搜集四川电网各大流域生态流量资料,并计算日发电量情况和枯水期日损失电量,分析论证了四川电网生态流量和发电量的关系;在此基础上,剖析了四川电网生态流量的发电潜力,提出结论与展望。Domestic and foreign scholars have made research on ecological flow and reservoir dispatching,but there is little research on the relationship between the hydropower generation capacity and ecological flow of the whole network in the hydropower enriched area.Taking Sichuan power grid as an example,this paper summarizes and analyses the calculation method of ecological flow,and analyses the relationship between hydropower generation capacity and ecological flow of Sichuan power grid.On the premise of ecological environment protection,the potential of ecological flow generation in Sichuan power grid has been fully tapped to realize coordinated and healthy development of water energy utilization and ecological protection and to promote the construction of socialist ecological civilization.The main research work of this paper includes sorting out the research status of ecological flow at home and abroad and collecting the data of ecological flow in major catchments of Sichuan Power Grid.The daily power generation and the daily power loss during dry season are calculated and the relationship between ecological flow and power generation in Sichuan power grid is analyzed and demonstrated.On this basis,the generation potential of ecological flow in Sichuan power grid is analyzed,and conclusions and prospects are put forward.
