摘  要:天一电厂均属于大(Ⅰ)型工程,于1998年底首台机组并网发电,2000年12月工程竣工,电站采用计算机为主,简化的常规设备为辅的监控方式。对天一电站监控模式改造进行了研究。目前天一电厂的生产管理方式较为落后,通过取消常规控制,建立远程控制中心,实施生产管理方式向"远方监控、少人值班、委外检修、运维合一"变革,将大大减员增效,提高职工幸福感,增强电厂的管理水平和竞争能力,并可以作为广东能源集团水电板块的先行示范,带动全面改革。Tianshengqiao Ⅰ Hydropower Plant belongs to large-scale Ⅰ project. At the end of 1998, the first unit was connected to the grid for power generation. The project was completed in December 2000. The monitoring mode of power plant is computer-based and simplified conventional equipment-assisted. In this paper, the modification of monitoring mode for Tianyi Hydropower Station is studied. At present, the production management mode of Tianyi Power Plant is relatively backward. By canceling conventional control, establishing remote control center and implementing the change of production management mode to "remote monitoring, few people on duty, outof-commission overhaul, operation and maintenance integration", it will greatly reduce staff and increase staff’s happiness, enhance management level and competitiveness of the power plant. It can be used as a pioneer model for hydropower sector of Guangdong Energy Group to drive comprehensive reform.
