摘 要:基于吊装防沉板的安装模式,建立全新的安装工艺,该工艺将防沉板入泥角度和入泥后设备的位置纳入考虑范围。配置补偿块增大单边入水阻力,使防沉板保持水平入泥。在导管架下方设置角度调节块弥补泥层倾斜角度,使导管架上方设备保持水平。对传统水下防沉板增大承载能力的工艺进行优化:采用展翼结构增大防沉板承载面积,且防止泥沙影响遥控无人潜水器(ROV)的视野。初步试验结果表明,安装工艺可确保防沉板和导管架上方设备安装后的水平状态,且使其具备合格的承载能力。该工艺可在一定程度上提高工作效率、节约成本,还可为优化水下防沉板安装工艺提供一种可行的方案。Based on the installation mode of lifting mudmat, a new installation process considering the angle of the mudmat into the mud and the position of the equipment above it after sinking into the mud is established. The compensation block is equipped to increase the unilateral water entry resistance and control the mudmat to keep the horizontal mud entry. An angle adjusting block is arranged below the jacket to make up for the inclined angle of the mud layer, so that the equipment above the jacket can keep level. The process of increasing the bearing capacity of traditional underwater mudmat is optimized. The spread wing structure is used to increase the bearing area of the mudmat and prevent sediment from affecting the vision of ROV. The preliminary test results show that the installation process can effectively ensure the equipment above the mudmat and jacket remain horizontal after installation and make it have qualified bearing capacity. The process can not only improve work efficiency and save cost to certain extent, but also provide a feasible scheme for the optimization of underwater mudmat installation process.
