基于文献计量学的2020年广东科技论文与专利统计分析

摘　　要：基于中国科学技术信息研究所2020年发布的《中国科技论文统计结果》,以及广东科技论文与专利其他相关数据和资料,从文献计量学的角度对2020年广东科技论文与专利有关情况进行统计与分析。通过梳理广东科研人员在国内外发表的科技论文和专利情况,分析研究广东基础研究、应用研究成果产出现状,揭示广东在专利产出和R&D经费投入方面的优势,探讨广东国际论文、国内论文与国内其他地区在数量和质量上的差距,并就此提出对策建议。Based on Statistical Data of Chinese Scientific Papers released by the Institute of Science and Technology Information of China in 2020,as well as other data and materials related to Guangdong scientific papers and patents,the scientific papers and patents in 2020 of Guangdong are statiscally analyzed from the perspective of bibliometrics.By combing the scientific and technological papers and patents published by Guangdong researchers at home and abroad,analyzing and studying the output status of Guangdong basic research and applied research results,this paper reveals Guangdong’s advantages in patent output and R&D funding,and explores the gap between Guangdong and other regions of China in the quantity and quality of international and domestic papers.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures.
