泾河干流甘肃段种子植物多样性调查及生态保护对策

摘　　要：泾河是黄河的二级支流,在黄河生态保护中发挥着重要作用。以泾河干流甘肃段种子植物为研究对象,结合样线法和样方法,调查研究区域内种子植物的基本情况及森林、城市和农田生态系统中的植物构成,并进行植物区系划分和多样性分析。结果显示,泾河干流甘肃段有种子植物62科165属223种,含1种珍稀濒危植物。3个生态系统中,多样性表现为森林>城市>农田,植物多样性总体较高。该区域物种较丰富,地理区系成分复杂。种子植物165属可划分成15个分布区,以温带分布型为主,北温带分布型占重要优势,中国特有分布型有3属。根据调查结果,提出泾河乃至黄河流域的生态保护对策。As a secondary tributary of the Yellow River,Jinghe river plays an important role in ecological protection of the Yellow River.Taking seed plants of Gansu section in main stream of Jinghe river as research objects,basic conditions of seed plants and plant constitutions in forest,city and farmland ecosystems were investigated by line-intercept and quadrat sampling methods.Plant flora was individed and diversity of seed plant was analyzed.Results showed that there were 223 species of seed plants belonging to 62 families and 165 genera in Gansu section in main stream of Jinghe river,and one rare and endangered plant.Among three ecosystems,diversity was forest>city>farmland,with relatively high overall plant diversity.Plant species was rich in this area,and geographical composition was complex.Seed plants with 165 genera were individed into 15 distribution zones,which were dominated by temperate zones with the most important role of north temperate zone.Distribution of endemic to China had three genera.According to results of investigation,countermeasures for ecological protection in Jinghe river and even the Yellow River basin were proposed.
