摘 要:随着小水电并网渗透率的不断提高,配电网的原有拓扑结构发生改变,局部地区的配电网电压越限问题严重,电能质量难以满足国家标准。在对小水电集中并网时过电压机理进行分析的基础上;研究小水电接入配电网的电压调整原理;从基于配网结构和电网设备的电压控制、配电网多目标无功优化、配电网分层分区三方面总结了小水电接入配电网的电压控制策略。最后结合目前的研究现状对未来含小水电的配电网电压控制技术作出展望。With the continuous improvement of small hydropower network permeability,the original topological structure of distribution networks has changed,the problem of off-limit voltage of distribution networks in some areas is serious,and the power quality is difficult to meet China National Standard.On the basis of the analysis of the over-voltage mechanism in the centralized network connection of small hydropower,the principle of voltage adjustment of small hydropower in distribution network is studied. The voltage control strategy of small hydropower access to distribution network are summarized from such three aspects as voltage control based on distribution network structure and equipment,multi-objective reactive power optimization of distribution network and layered partition of distribution network. Finally,the future voltage control technology of distribution network containing small hydropower is prospected in combination with the current research status.
