摘 要:传统三相四开关有源电力滤波器(active power filter,APF)均采用分裂电容结构,交流C相连接于直流电容中点,需要进行均压控制。为了简化控制方法,提出一种新型的三相四开关混合型有源电力滤波器(hybrid active power filter,HAPF)拓扑,将交流C相通过一组并联的5、7次无源滤波器直接连接到直流母线负极。首先分析了HAPF拓扑结构的数学模型及其三相电流的可控性,其次从谐振频率、品质因数、额定电压和无功容量4个方面讨论无源滤波器的设计原则。重点介绍了基于静止坐标(stationary reference frame,StatRF)基波正序电流提取方法的谐波电流提取及直流侧电压控制方法。相较于分裂电容式三相四开关APF,此文章提出的HAPF不需要均压控制,基于静止坐标系的控制方法计算更简单,不需繁复的坐标变换。最后仿真验证了设计拓扑和控制方法的正确性。Traditional three-phase four-switch active power filter(APF)adopts split capacitance structure and,in case of AC phase C needing to be connected to the midpoint of DC capacitance,the grading control is necessary. For simplifying the control method,a kind of novel three-phase four-switch hybrid active power filter(HAPF)topology is proposed in this paper. The AC phase C is connected directly to the negative pole of DC bus through a set of parallel 5 th and 7 th passive filters. First,the mathematical model and its three-phase current control lability of the HAPF topological structural are analyzed. Then,the design principle of the passive filter is discussed from such four aspects as resonance frequency,quality factor,rated voltage and reactive capacity. The harmonic current extraction method and voltage control method at DC side based on fundamental wave positive sequence current extraction method of stationary reference frame(StatRF)are highlighted. Compared with the split capacitive three-phase four-switch APF,the HAPF proposed in this paper does not require grading control,and the control method based on static coordinate system is simpler without complicated coordinate transformation. Finally,the correctness of the design topology and the control method is verified by simulation.
