摘  要:本文主要研究由风力发电、电解槽、燃料电池及电池储能共同组成的混合能源系统最优配置。在离网状态下,风电作为主要的能量来源,在氢储能和电池储能的辅助下实现周边居民用电负荷的供应,并尽可能满足加氢站的氢气需求。以系统年化成本最小化为目标,同时考虑氢储能和电池储能运行约束,优化考虑风-氢-电的混合能源系统容量。通过算例分析表明,燃料电池是风电出力不足期间补足电能的主要角色,其供能占比达总负荷的9.05%,此外,针对不同的供电、供氢可靠性指标以及辅助电源设备成本进行了灵敏度分析。The optimal configuration of a hybrid energy system,which is composed of wind power,electrolytic cell,fuel cell and battery,is mainly studied in this paper. The wind power,as the main energy source at off line condition,achieves the supply of electricity load for surrounding residents with the assistance of hydrogen storage and battery storage and meets as much as possible the hydrogen demand of hydrogen filling station. With the annual cost of the system as the goal and,at the same time,with consideration of operation constraints of hydrogen energy storage and battery energy storage,the capacity of hybrid energy system considering wind-hydrogen-electricity is optimized. It is shown by the calculation analysis that the fuel cell plays a main role in supplementing the electric power in the case of insufficient wind power output and its energy supply accounts for 9.05% of the total load. In addition,the sensitivity analysis for the different power supply,hydrogen supply reliability index and the cost of auxiliary power equipment is performed.
