摘　　要：教学秘书队伍是高校日常教学管理的主力军,在高校的教学管理中有着重要的作用,是高校教学管理不可或缺的组成部分,但是目前教学秘书队伍建设存在诸多问题,这对高校的发展非常不利。本文主要从高校教学秘书的作用、面临的困境以及提升策略三个方面来阐述如何优化高校教学秘书队伍标准化建设,从而提升高校教学管理水平。Teaching secretary team, as the main force of daily teaching management in colleges and universities, plays an important role in the teaching management of colleges and universities, and is an indispensable part of the teaching management. However, there are many problems in the construction of teaching secretary team to be solved, which is very unfavorable to the development of colleges and universities. This paper mainly expounds how to optimize the standardization construction of teaching secretary team in colleges and universities from three aspects of the role of teaching secretary, the difculties and the promotion strategies, so as to improve the level of teaching management in colleges and universities.
