摘　　要：2019年,联合国发布《能源环境经济核算体系》(SEEA-Energy2019),为编制能源卫星账户提供了国际标准。能源卫星账户作为国际能源统计的先进方法,能够更好地满足当前我国能源可持续发展的数据需求。因此,本文探究能源卫星账户的演化背景,追溯能源卫星账户的发展历史,提炼SEEA-Energy2019的核算框架与研究视角,归纳各国编制能源卫星账户实践的一般性与特殊性,结合我国能源统计现状探讨能源卫星账户对我国的适用性,展望能源卫星账户的发展方向。The United Nations issued the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting for Energy in 2019(SEEA-Energy 2019), providing an international standard for the compilation of energy satellite accounts. As an advanced method of international energy statistics, energy satellite accounts can better meet the data needs of China’s energy sustainable development. Therefore, this paper explores the evolutionary background of energy satellite accounts, traces the development history, refines the accounting framework and research perspective of SEEA-Energy 2019, summarizes the generality and particularity of the practice of compiling energy satellite accounts in various countries. Then it explores the applicability of energy satellite accounts to China based on the current status of China’s energy statistics, and looks ahead to the development direction of the energy satellite accounts.
