摘  要:颅内动脉粥样硬化是导致缺血性脑卒中发生的主要病因之一,尽早明确诊断对患者的后期治疗及预后有重要意义。传统的影像学评估方法不足以准确评估该类疾病,高分辨磁共振血管壁成像(high resolution MR vessel wall imaging,HR-VWI)以及斑块的影像组学快速发展,显示出独特优势,血管内成像以及计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)等新兴方法在颅内动脉粥样硬化诊断中也发挥着重要作用,而不同评估方法的联合应用会提高临床诊断的准确率。现对颅内动脉粥样硬化的影像学评估方法进行综述,以明确不同方法的主要作用。Intracranial atherosclerosis is one of the main causes of ischemic stroke.Early diagnosis is of great significance to the later treatment and prognosis of patients.The traditional imaging evaluation methods are not enough to accurately evaluate this kind of disease.High resolution MR vessel wall imaging and the imaging omics of plaque have developed rapidly,showing its unique advantages.New methods such as intravascular imaging and computational fluid dynamics also play an important role in intracranial atherosclerosis,and the combined application of different evaluation methods will improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.The imaging evaluation methods of intracranial atherosclerosis were reviewed in this paper to clarify the main roles of different methods.
