摘  要:燃油箱系统作为汽车燃油存储和供给的核心部件,是汽车上重要的安全件和功能件。以塑料燃油箱系统为研究载体,应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,采用大变形分析技术,对燃油箱系统进行爆破模拟,计算得到燃油箱在爆破工况下的应力应变状态,判断燃油箱可能出现的失效位置;同时,对实物油箱进行爆破试验,并与爆破模拟结果进行对比。结果表明:爆破模拟与爆破试验的失效位置一致,验证了爆破模拟的可靠性,可利用爆破模拟在设计阶段对产品性能进行风险评估及优化设计。As the core component of automobile fuel storage and supply,the fuel tank system is an important safety and functional part.The plastic fuel tank system was researched as carrier,and large deformation analysis technology was used to burst simulation of the plastic fuel tank system based on ABAQUS.The stress and strain state was obtained to adjust failure position by burst simulation.The burst test of the plastic fuel tank system was performed too.Burst simulation and burst test results were compared.The results show that the failure position of burst simulation is consistent with that of burst test,which means the simulation results have high accuracy.So the burst simulation can be used to evaluate the risk of product performance and optimize the design.
